Say hello to Gumbo and Shrimp Etouffe’s cousin. He’s served on Fridays, about once a month. Every Friday we serve a different Cajun dish. We still offer our other popular menu items, but Fridays we skip the soup and Cajun it up instead. That’s just how we roll…
You won’t ever hear Tim bragging about it, but he’s been inspired by a few world renown chefs. I won’t mention names, but I’m so thankful they passed down their knowledge and a couple of flavorful secrets. This said, I can proudly admit that he’s generally the better cook, because he has a knack for flavor. It just comes naturally to him. No joke.
But alas, soups and salads. Those are still MY expertise.
And, well, that’s basically how we arrive at delicious food.
